The Federal Employees’ Compensation Act (FECA) provides workers’ compensation benefits to federal employees injured in the course and scope of their employment. We have been successful in streamlining the initial handling of these claims, and we have also implemented procedures for dealing with long-term claims which tend to consume the resources of the agency employer.
